General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to malabsorption caused by deficiencies of enzymes produced by the pancreas and may be due to pancreatic inflammation etc.

A gastroenterologist review is recommended to correlate clinically with patients well being and suitable measures can be sought.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
